WELCOME TO KINDERGARTEN!
Welcome to my Kindergarten! I have enjoyed working with children for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I have found my passion working in collaboration with little ones to experience the wonders of the world around us. I treat each new day as an adventure from which to learn and grow. Kindergartners have a refreshing view of the world and I feel lucky to be a part of this excitement.
I grew up in Gibbon, Nebraska. My degree in Elementary Education came from the University of Nebraska Kearney. I have been teaching since 1988. Most of my teaching years have been in Kindergarten. I have been married to my husband Mike for 29 years. We have 2 grown daughters who live in Omaha and Lincoln. We love to travel, do yard work and spoil our elderly dog.
These things make me happy: family, friends, dogs, travel, yard work, Planet Fitness, pedicures, tea, peppermint, documentaries, candles, church, teaching Reading, John Denver, a 5 year old's laugh, Fall, shopping with daughters, Las Vegas, pet adoption, jeep rides and Kindergartners
